Yuliya Sak, age 73, of Harrisburg, passed into the arms of her Lord on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at home while surrounded by her family. Yuliya was born Thursday, February 16, 1950 in Moldova to Semen and Nadia Rukodayny. She was married to the late Anatoliy Sak.
Yuliya was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who dearly loved her family and her “Church of New Hope” family.
Yuliya is predeceased by her parents and her husband. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Lucy Rudnitsky and her husband Vasily, her sons, Victor Sak and his wife Oksana, Nikolay Sak and his wife Halyna and Andrew Sak and his wife Marina, her sister Nina Grubnyak and her husband Vladimir, her grandchildren, Yuliya Olson and her husband Landon, Yuriy Rudnitsky and his wife Abigail, Alina Melinetskiy and her husband Joseph, David Sak, Emily Sak, Jonathan Sak, Milana Sak, Maksym Sak, Edward Sak, Yana Sak, Eric Sak, Victoria Sak, Karina Sak and Jessica Sak.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Church of New Hope, 13601 Idlewild Rd, Matthews, NC 28105. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, 7632 Hood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215
