Yevgeniya Melyanets

Yevgeniya Melyanets, age 74 passed away peacefully at her Charlotte, North Carolina home on November 22, 2022. She was born October 27, 1948 in Belarus. Yevgeniya, loved God with all of her heart. It brought her great pleasure to share with others about her salvation. She loved to knit and cooking was in her blood. Whenever you saw her, she always had her phone talking to her friends and family. But it was her husband and family that brought her the most joy. 

She is predeceased by her parents, a sister and two brothers. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of fifty one years, Aleksey and her children Lena Volk and her husband Slavik, Nadia Melyanets, Luba Zubko and her husband Alex, Alex Melyanets and his wife Maria, Vera Melyanets, Sergey Melyanets, Sveta Shimanskiy and her husband Vlad, Daniel Melyanets and his wife Nadia, Natasha Melnichuk and her husband Ben, Dina Melyanets and Ben Melyanets.

Funeral Services for Yevgeniya will be held November 25, 2022 at the Slavic Church Emanuel located 7541 Lawyers Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227. Services will begin at 6:00 PM. Burial will be held November 26, 2022 at Sunset Memory Gardens on Lawyers Road. Graveside Services are private and by invitation of the family.
