Mr. Timothy A. Paquin, 67, of Charlotte, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020 at his residence. He was born September 8, 1952 to Armand and Shirley Clough Paguin in Massena, New York. He served in the US Army and was honorably discharged.

The family will have a memorial service for him in his hometown of Massena, New York.
