Mr. Robert "Robbie" Martin Meighen, Jr, 59, of Indian Trail, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 in the Novant Health Matthews Medical Center. He was born December 27, 1960 in Miami Florida to Robert Martin Meighen, Sr and Jeanette "Cookie" Damm Meighen. His parents preceded him in death.

Robbie was a Dirt Track Racing enthusiast and would help Brother in Law Racing team with their cars. Robbie was an all around good guy and loved his dogs CJ, Lola, Riley, Bubba and Emma. He was a commercial truck driver and spent many hours on the road. Recently he bought a camper and found it to be very relaxing and enjoyable. Robbie was a great cook and enjoyed grilling out with his family and friends.

Robbie leaves to cherish his memory: his brother Joseph "Joey" Meighen and wife Debbie; nephew Christopher Meighen; Uncles Tommy Damm and wife Diane and Johnny Damm and wife Patsy; his little buddy Grayson Bartholomew and his girlfriend Sherry Welch.
