Michael Douglas Philemon

Michael Douglas Philemon, age 56, of Stallings, NC passed away peacefully while in the care  of Atrium Health Medical Center in Monroe, NC on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Michael was born in Charlotte on Friday, September 30, 1966 to Kenneth Wayne and Betty Jo (Curry) Philemon. Micheal was an auto mechanic who operated Philemon Automotive in Stallings for many years.

Michael was a loving father brother and grandfather who enjoyed spending times with his family and working on cars.

Michael was predeceased by his mom and dad. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Justin G Philemon, Cory D Philemon and Michael Blake Philemon, his brother Kenneth W Philemon Jr and his wife Darlene, his sister Kimberly Philemon and a granddaughter Jaida Christine Philemon.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday January 20, 2023 at Life and Legacy's Good Shepherd Chapel at 3:00 PM. The public is welcome.
