Michael Letizia

Michael Letizia, age 41, of Waxhaw, NC, formerly of New Jersey, passed away peacefully while under the care of Atrium Health Union Medical Center in Monroe, NC, surrounded by those he cherished most. Michael was born on Saturday, September 25, 1982 in Bergen County, NJ, to Michael Letizia. Michael was married to Megan (Ring) Letizia on September 7, 2012 in Asbury Park, NJ.

Michael was a loving husband, son, father, brother, and uncle who cherished his family, never missed an opportunity to go fishing, dreamed of adventuring in the mountains, always found time to be with his life-long friends, and cheered on his beloved Yankees and Giants. Michael always had a smile on his face and was loved by all who met him.

Michael was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Michael A Letizia. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Megan Letizia, his daughter Harper Letizia, his son Aiden Letizia, his paternal grandmother Josephine Letizia, his father Michael E Letizia, his sisters Nicole Strubel and her husband Rich and Samantha Letizia and her partner Chris, his mother-in-law Donna Ring and her partner Bill, his brother-in-law Brandon Ring and his wife Jennifer, many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Services for Michael will be private and held at the convenience of his family.
