Luba Syrnichenko, age 71, formerly of Charlotte, NC went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 16th, 2021. She was born in December of 1949 in Tara, Russia where she grew up. She was a devout christian and was baptised in her community baptist church in 1967. She continued to live and be an impactful part of her church until she met and married Gennady Syrnichenko in 1969 and moved to Jambyl, Kazakhstan, to start their family. She continued to be an active member of her newfound church in Jambyl while they had their first three children, before settling in Prokhladny, Russia to have their last 4 children. She was an avid gardener, found fulfilment in baking and caring for her abundant and loving family and traveling. Ultimately in February of 1992 they were able to move to the United States of America, living in several states around the country before finally settling in Charlotte, NC. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and avid church member. Loved by so many, and missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her, she is survived by her three siblings Nina Syropyatov, Valentina Bayutov, and Vladimir Timkin, her childhood sweetheart and husband of 51 years, Gennady Syrnichenko and their 7 children: Luba Derkachev, Lena Savin, Slavic Syrnichenko, Marina Pikulik, Lily Syrnichenko, Nadia Syrnichenko, and Max Syrnichenko. Amongst her children she is also the grandmother of 23 Grandchildren who love and adore her.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 20th at 11AM at 4700 Unionville Rd. Monroe, NC, 28110, burial to follow at Calvary Church 5801 Pineville-Matthews Rd. Charlotte NC, 28226. The family would like to express gratitude for all the kind words and thoughtfulness received by her many friends and acquaintances and find peace in knowing the happy hope that she is with her beloved Lord and Savior.
