Mr. John Richardson Sykes, 58, of Charlotte, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at his residence. He was born January 17, 1962 in Charlotte to Thomas and Irene Hodge Sykes.

Those who know John best know he had a love for the Kennedy Dynasty and New York City. John had a big heart and enjoyed shopping, especially on Ebay and Amazon, you'd never know how many boxes would be delivered to his house on a given day. John cherished his friends and family.

He will be missed by his brother, sister, numerous Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews and his many friends. His beloved "children"; his Golden Retrievers; Eunice and Sara are among those that will miss him the most.
