John Robert Pope

John Robert Pope, 51, of Monroe, passed away April 23, 2019 in the Grand Strand Hospital of Myrtle Beach, SC. John was born December 31. 1967 to John Carroll Pope and Veronica Lozier Hinson in Monroe. John worked in Myrtle Beach as a maintenance professional in the hospitality field. He was preceded in death by his father.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jonathan Pope, Trenton Pope and Mitchell Pope; daughter Erica Pope; sister Angela Eubanks; brother Scott Pope and his mother Veronia Hinson.

A Service of Remembrance will be 5:00pm Sunday, May 5, 2019 in the Good Shepherd Chapel of Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations, 6525 Old Monroe Rd., Indian Trail, NC. The family will receive friends 4:00pm - 5:00pm prior to the service.
