Obituary
Joe Russell Latham, age 59, of York, SC passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, September 2, 2022. Joe was born on Saturday, April 20, 1963 in Eupora, MS to Bobby Joe and Pauline (Byrd) Latham.
Joe was a loving husband, father and grandfather who had a huge heart , when he loved you , you knew you were loved. he enjoyed woodworking, fishing and giving advice.
Joe was predeceased by his parents, his brother Phillip Latham and his late wives Barbara and Lisa. Left to cherish his memory are his son Michael Whitmire and his wife Renee, his daughter Susan Racicot and her husband Bryan, his daughter Audrey Ellis and her husband Lavadace, his son Justin Latham and his wife Chelsea, his daughter Mickenzie Hamilton and her fiance William, his daughter Raelynn Iannone and her husband Bailey, his brother Jeff Latham and his sister Cindy Latham (Leslie), 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, September 8th at Life and Legacy's Good Shepherd Chapel from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will take place on Friday, September 9th at 11:00 AM at Life and Legacy's Good Shepherd Chapel followed by entombment at Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112.
