Mr. James Henry Brings, II, 66, formerly of Naples, Florida, passed away August, 4, 2020 in Polk County, Florida. He was born December 25, 1953 in Alameda County, California to James and Barbara Cordes Briggs. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Niwana Briggs, his father James Briggs, daughter Shannon Briggs and brother Jeffrey Briggs.

Those left to cherish his memory: his mother Barbara Briggs; son James Briggs III and wife Michele; granddaughters Angelica Briggs and Kayla Hicks and husband Mitchell, and his aunt Linda Maxey.
