Jack Edward Maus II

Mr. Jack Edward Maus II, 76, of Mint Hill, passed away Monday, May 18, 2020 at his residence. He was born Saturday, April 29, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio to Jack Edward and Christina Valentino Maus. He later married the former Victoria JoAnn DeFelice are were married for 50 years. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Victoria, parents Jack and Christina Maus and brothers Bob Maus and Dennis Maus. 

Mr. Maus was an engineer with the railroad system after a brief time serving in the US AirForce.He was a family guy that never met a stranger and treated everyone he knew as family. His best friends were his four sons and wife Victoria. He was a golf enthusiast and his favorite golfers were Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Those left to cherish his memory are: his sons Jimmy Maus and wife Birgitta, David Maus and wife Nicole, Joe Maus and wife Stephanie and Stevie Maus and wife Beth; grandchildren Alexa, Nicole, Hannah, Sydney, David, Tyler, Savannah, Faith, Gabriel, Brittany, Joey, Michael, Steffany, Jack, Taylor, Copland, Stevie II and Megan; great grandchildren Adrienne, Wyatt, Ella, Selah, Ava, Kylie, Laycie and Ryan; siblings Terie Maus, Debbie Maus, and Tim Maus.

Funeral Service will be 2:00PM Thursday, May 21, 2020 in the Good Shepherd Chapel of Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations; 6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail. He will be buried next to his wife in Florida at a later date.
