Mr. Herbert David Chapin, Jr, 66, of Charlotte passed away August 13, 2019 in the Atrium Health Hospital of Pineville. He was born April 15, 1953 to Herbert and Betty Ashworth Chapin, Sr. in Bakersfield, CA. He was a video Engineer with ESPN Television. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Peggy Chapin.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Celina B. Chapin of Los Angeles, CA and his former wife Patricia MacEnulty of Charlotte.
