Mr. Frank Paul Lackinger, Jr., 77, of Monroe, passsed away Thursday, May 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born July 7, 1942 to Frank Paul Lackinger, Sr. and Hazel Scanlon in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Lackinger was a 3rd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy. He later married the former Carol Lee Werner. He was a fabrication metallurgists.

Mr. Lackinger's fondest memories are spent with his family, he loved his children and grandchildren so very much. He enjoyed painting landscapes and oceans. Frank enjoyed going on vacations at the beach.

Left to cherish his memory: his wife Carol W. Lackinger; daughters Deanna Newsom and husband Jesse and Lori Lockinger; granddaughter Jessica Newsom; grandson Frankie Newsom; sister Bonnie Furman; and his beloved dog Watash and cat Sheka.

At the request of Mr. Lackinger, there will be no formal service.
