Frank “Kell” Bartlett, 47, of Waxhaw, passed away Monday, February 17, 2020 in the Atrium Health Medical Center of Union County. Kell was born October 4, 1972 in Charlotte to Lester "Frankie" Bartlett and Kathy Sue Osborne Holland. His grandmother Mamie Kell Bartlett preceded him in death.
Kell was a motorcycle and car enthusiast, he even had a yellow Ford Fairlane named "Banana" that he would race. He enjoyed fixing cars and pretty much anything he could get his hands on. He had a goofy sense of humor and would even sing silly tunes that he would sometimes make up. Kell was an intelligent man and enjoyed cooking especially chili and deep fried turkey's for Thanksgiving. He was a people's man, rarely met a stranger and would talk to anyone. He enjoyed going to the beach, fishing and hunting. Kell was a self-less person and would put his children before him. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need
Those to cherish his memory are his wife Sarah Elizabeth Bartlett; children Katie Bartlett, Dylan Bartlett and fiancé Vanessa Sala, Kane Bartlett, Kendra Bartlett, Melchor "Mel" Bartlett, Jayme Short, Cecely Sheppard, Samantha Bryant and Alycia Cruz; his father Frankie Bartlett; mother Kathy Holland and husband David; brothers John David "JD" Holland and Hunter Holland and his 11 grandchildren.
