Mrs. Elaine Bernadette Lam Rosoff, 82, of Monroe, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 in the Novant Health Matthews Medical Center. She was born July 1, 1938 in Washington, DC to Dick and Jean Lam. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Gilbert Rosoff.
