Daniel Caro

Daniel Caro, age 51, was born in Queens, New York on June 4, 1971 and passed away peacefully on March 1, 2023 at his home in Charlotte, North Carolina while surrounded by his loving family. 

Daniel was a wild and crazy kind of guy. He was always the life of the party and he had no problem announcing it when he came into the room. He loved to be on the open road with his motorcycles and would go head to head with anyone who didn't agree with him that the Jets and the Mets were the best teams out there! But above all things Daniel adored his family and he truly was a beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle and godfather. 

He is proceeded in death by his grandparents. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Cesar and Frances Caro, his loving wife Kellie Caro, his children, Anthony, Alyssa, Daniel and Amyiah. His brothers, Cesar Jr., and his wife Suzanne, Carlos and sister, Jacqueline and her husband Frank. His nephews and nieces, Shawn, Angel, Evan, Emma and Tristan. Finally the apple of his eye, his grandson, Elijah James. 

Life and Legacy is honored to have been requested to handle the Charlotte services for the Caro Family. A visitation is scheduled for March 4, 2023 from 12:00- 4:00 pm in the Good Shepherd Chapel of Life and Legacy Funeral Home located at 6525 Old Monroe Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. An additional memorial service will be held at Joseph Farenga & Son Funeral Home 38-08 Ditmars Blvd Astoria, NY 11105. Arrangements for the NY service is still underway and will be posted upon completion.
