Carol J (Peet) Cuiper

Carol Cuiper, age 77, was born August 24, 1945 and she passed away peacefully on June 6, 2023 while under the care of Novant Health Main Hospice in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounded by those she truly loved. 

Carol was an incredible wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to cook and had the best spaghetti sauce recipe. She was always willing to give a helping hand and made sure that everyone else was having a good time. She would stay on the phone for hours on end with you if you’d let her, going on about the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. She’d always talk about how she would get an ice cream cone with 3 scoops in it, all with different flavors because she couldn’t make up her mind. She was the kind of person that would make you laugh, but would let you know when you’re in the wrong. Healthy-lighthearted arguing was fun to her. She had an open mind that allowed her to appreciate other peoples points of views. Mom,grandma, mother/in-law and friend. we love you and we miss you so much.

Carol is proceeded in death by her parents, Warren and Florence Peet, her husband, John and her sister, Judith. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Keith Cuiper, Danielle Turner and her husband Scott. Two granddaughters, Riley and Kaitlyn Turner. She also leaves behind her soulmate; her fur baby, Jake. 

Services for Carol will be private and held at the convenience of her family.
