Yelisey Gatitskiy

Mr. Yelisey "Eli" Gatitskiy, 29, of Mint Hill, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019 at his residence. Yelisey was born June 1, 1990 in Latvia to Anton Gatitskiy and Ruta Kalinina Gatitskaya. 

He was an artist who enjoyed to sketch lovely pictures and he played the violin, and piano; he also had a beautiful singing voice. He was an excellent driver and loved to drive his motorcycle. He loved dogs and was awesome with kids.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Anton and Ruta; daughter Almina Gatitskiy; siblings David Gatitskiy, Persida Stultz (Ryan), Virsaviya Karakalchu (Vlad), Rebeka Voronin (Slavic) and Lavan Gatitskiy; nieces Anabelle Stultz and Anya Gatitskiy; and nephews Jacob Gatitskiy and Timothy Gatitskiy.

Funeral Service will be 11:00am Friday, September 27 in the sanctuary of Slavic Pentecostal Church of Emmanuel; 7541 Lawyers Rd, Charlotte, NC with Pastor Peter Maximenko presiding. Burial will follow in the Evergreen City Cemetery in Charlotte.
