Monika Maria (Chojecka) Konarzewska

Mrs. Monika Maria Chojecka Konarzewska, 49, of Mint Hill, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019 in the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte. She was born November 27, 1970 to Miroslaw and Lucjna Hajneta Chojecka in Warsaw, Poland. She later married her soul mate, Mieczyslaw "Michael" Konarzewski of the home. 

Monika was a caring and loving person and cared for all people. She carried herself with an aura of sunshine. She was a very spiritual and devout Catholic and loved the Parrish of St. Thomas Aquinas. She had a very bubbly personality, very joyful and energetic. Her pride and joy was her rescued Great Dane, Tiffany.

Left to cherish her memory: her husband Michael; parents Miroslaw ad Lucjna Chojecka of California and sister Dominika Markowska of Poland. 

Memorial Mass will be Friday, December 20, 2019 in the sanctuary of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church; 1400 Suther Rd, Charlotte; with Father Matthew Bean officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium. The family will gather to receive friends 6:00-8:00pm Thursday, December 19th in the Good Shepherd Chapel of Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations; 6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail. Prayer Vigil will begin 6:30pm with Reverend Mister James Witulski.
