Lisandro Calzada

Master Lisandro Calzada, 3, of Monroe passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 in the Atrium Health Medical Center- Stanly  in Albemarle. Lisandro was born August 27, 2016 to Jose Calzada and Maria Reyes in Matthews. His brother Jose' Angel Calzada preceded him in death.

Lisandro was a fun loving young fella that loved to "run like Sonic the Hedgehog". He loved to color pictures and his favorite color was blue. He loved to eat  BoJangles fries and rice. Lisandro loved puppy dogs and Paw Patrol cartoon.

To cherish his memory are his parents; maternal grandfather Praxedis Rodriquez and wife Maria Aguilar; maternal grandmother Lisa Reyes and husband Fausto Romero; paternal grandparents Antonio and Angelica Calzada; uncles Matthew Garcia, Juan Rodrigues, Jared Rodriguez, Jorge Calzada (Maria Martinez), Antonio Calzada (Anna Paris) and Salvadore Calzada; aunts Sophia Rodriguez, Elenis Calzada, Angelica Calzada (Eric Coria) and Susana Calzada (Antonio) Stella Garcia (Jose' Martinez) and Amelia Garcia.

The family will received friends 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, September 17, 2019 in the Good Shepherd Chapel of Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations, 6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail. Funeral Mass will be 1:00pm Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in the sanctuary of Saint John Neumann Catholic Church; 8451 Idlewild Rd, Charlotte. Burial will follow in the Hartis Grove Church Cemetery, Golden Pond Rd, Indian Trail.
