Gregory Ames Long

Mr. Gregory Ames Long passed away August 25, 2019 at his home in Jefferson, SC. Greg was born May 14, 1951 to Frank and Alberta Long in Wickenburg, AZ. He served in the United States Army and was active durning the Vietnam War. He was a good man and very dependable to his friends and neighbors. Greg was extremely intelligent and had he was full of creative ideas. He worked for Loss Prevention Company of New York as a Fire Installation Engineer. 

To cherish his memory is his son David Long of Coldwater, MI; his daughter Laura Long of Potomac, MD; grandson Draven Long of Coldwater, MI and his companion Mayeth Candelanza of Pagadian City, Philippines. 

The James B Crump VFW Post 2423 of Indian Trail served the family with Military Honors 11:30AM, Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Good Shepherd Chapel of Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations; 6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079.
